Returns, Refunds and Restocking Policy

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email customerservice@fitnessboardsdirect.com to request a refund and we will assign and email you a Shipping Label to attach to package.
2. Returns will be sent to:

3. Refund will only be administered after returned products have been inspected and returned products do not fall under any "Return Exceptions" (see below).

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund of the product price. All shipping and handling charges will not be refunded and deducted from refund.
