    It was a pleasure to deal with Fitness Boards Direct. They (Nick, in particular) were patient and knowledgeable answering my questions and accurate in diagnosing my treadmill problem. As a result, I ordered a new Motor Control Board which they shipped very quickly and which worked perfectly. A great company to deal with. Highly recommended!

12. New motor control board for Schwinn 845P treadmill

    The belt on my Schwinn 845p treadmill stopped during a workout. After eliminating other failed components (DC motor worked, incline motor worked, optical sensor worked, console electronics worked) helpful customer service calls to both Schwinn and to FitnessBoardsDirect gave me more confidence that the likely failure in my case was a bad Motor Control Board.
    This replacement board for my QQ-2197 board was easy to install myself, and after turning on the power, my treadmill was as good as new.
    
    The board was well packed, is brand new, was quickly delivered UPS ground, and worked like a charm.
    
    I'd recommend them to others. Make sure you do the work to rule out other components that may have failed first.

    From the time of my first inquiry to the purchase and final receipt of the circuit board I ordered Nick was professional, informative, and followed through to make sure that I was satisfied in every respect.

14. Motor Control Board

    Fitness Boards Direct made for a very easy repair to my motor control board matched my treadmill model and ordered it online. It showed up 5 working days later and I swapped it out. Treadmill worked right away.
