  1. Desperate, with seemingly nowhere to turn!

    The incline on My CYBEX 630a, which I bought new 11 years ago, stopped working. I called in CYBEX techs to repair it. They informed me that there was nothing they could do since it was the main control board and CYBEX no longer supported such old machines. I searched the internet referencing the exact part number in my owners manual and “factory boards direct” popped up on the search, claiming that they actually had brand new boards in stock. I was elated, but skeptical! After speaking with Nick, I felt a bit better. The part arrived within 4 days of ordering and I am pleased to say that it was a 100% brand new CYBEX computer board. My 630a now works perfectly!! I love you guys, thank you for coming to my rescue!!
