  1. Perfect replacement board wonderful customer service

Posted by David Apfelbeck on 24th Aug 2021

I contacted Fitness Boards Direct as a power surge had damaged the motor control board on my older Schwinn Treadmill. The original board ( QQ2118) was obsolete but this company called me back ( I'm in Canada) and confirmed that they had a replacement board that would work. The board they sent me was an updated board that was fully compatible with the phone jack style connectors. I am just so pleased with their service , finding a replacement board allows me to continue using a treadmill that I loved and eliminated the need to discard or recycle it . First rate transaction !

  2. Exactly what I'd needed

This was the exact board for my 16-year-old Schwinn 820P treadmill (manufactured by Nautilus). It was even the "A Revision" of the board, same as mine, so it was a perfect swap-out. The treadmill works like new again. I hired someone to install it (although I probably could've done it myself), and he smartly suggested that I add a surge protector to the treadmill—good advice which I've since taken. Don't want to fry this nice new logic board!

  3. Works! SAVE hundreds and the environment by fixing what you got.

After a power surge that also blew A/C unit that was plugged in, but off, we found the motor board was shorting and removed burnt electronic, tried to find a replacement component, rather than entire board, but only some of LEDs would light and motor err, while the dashboard and incline worked. Noted wires as removed old board, plugged back into this new board the same. And BINGO!

  4. Perfect match for a 15 year old Trimeline tread mill

This replacement board looks and works just like the original board. For price close to a repaired or pulled board you can have a new one.
